It is proposed to hold an enquiry against Sri P.V.Subbaiah, SGT, MPPS, Sakhavaram, Ardhaveedu in accordance with the procedure laid down in rule 3 of the A.P. Civil Services (CCA) Rules, 1964.

Sri Sri P.V.Subbaiah, SGT, MPPS, Sakhavaram, Ardhaveedu in respect of which the inquiry is proposed to be held is set out in the enclosed statement or articles of charges (Annexure I). A list of documents by which and a list of witnesses by whom, the article of charges are proposed to be sustained are also enclosed (Annexure II and 111).

SriSri P.V.Subbaiah, SGT, MPPS, Sakhavaram, Ardhaveedu, not done work book correction in some subjects even though issued instructions in this regard from time to time to complete work book correction and he is directed to submit his written statement of his defense within 10 days of the receipt of this order.
