PRESS NOTE SSC PUBLIC EXAMINATIONS, MARCH-2024 The S.S.C Public Examinations, MARCH-2024 were conducted from 18-03-2024 to 30-03-2024. The Spot Valuation Camps for the evaluation of answer scripts was conducted in 26 Camps from 01-04-2024 to 08-04-2024. A total of 6,16, 615 Candidates have appeared for the SSC Public Examinations, MARCH- 2024 in the Regular Stream. All the students, parents, teachers & other stakeholders are informed that the results of the SSC Public Examinations, MARCH-2024 are hosted on the Official Website of the Board of Secondary Education, A.P. viz. www.bse.ap.gov.in.

HIGHLIGHTS: 

Regular Candidates:

 Total number of schools presented candidates for SSC March 2024 : 11645

 Total number of candidates appeared in the SSC Public Examinations, March 2024: 6,16,615

 State-wide Pass Percentage of Regular candidates is 86.69%.

 The State-Wide Pass Percentage of Boys is 84.32% whereas the Pass Percentage of Girls is 89.17%

 The Overall Pass Percentage of Girls is 4.85 % higher than that of Boys.  “2803” schools have secured 100% Pass Percentage.

 “17” Schools have secured ZERO (‘0’) Percentage of result

 PARVATHIPURAM MANYAM District secured HIGHEST percentage i.e., 96.37 % in the State and KURNOOL District secured LOWEST percentage i.e., 62.47 % in the State.

 AP RESIDENTIAL SCHOOLS and AP BC Welfare secured highest Pass Percentage i.e., 98.43%.

District wise SSC Results Analysis

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE CANDIDATES:

1. The results declared for the SSC Public Examinations, MARCH-2024 and the Marks & Divisions secured by the candidates for awarding the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) by the Board of Secondary Education, A.P., are provisional in nature.

2. The SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations, 2024 are scheduled to be conducted from 24-05-2024 to 03-06-2024.

3. The detailed timetable of the SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations, 2024 will be announced in due course. The Failed Candidates who wish to appear for the SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations, 2024 are advised to remit the Examination Fee as per the following Due Dates without waiting for the results of recounting and Re – Verification:

The Concerned HM shall remit the Examination Fee From From though the HM Login in the Official Website of the Board of Secondary Education, A.P. www.bse.ap.gov.in

Due date without late fee: 23-04-2024 to 30-04-2024

Due date with late fee: 01-05-2024  to  23-05-2024

The Memorandum of Subject-wise Performance will be hosted on the Official Website “www.bse.ap.gov.in” within four

4.  days after the publication of Results to facilitate candidates’ admission into First Year Intermediate Courses without any difficulty.

5. The Head Master concerned can download the School wise Memorandum of Marks and individual short memos from the concerned School Login.

6. The Individual students can also download the Results and Memorandum of their performance from the official website “www.results.bse.ap.gov.in” directly without going to the concerned school.

7. The SSC Certificates will be awarded to all the Passed candidates in due course and will be dispatched to the concerned Schools.

8. The Extracted Nominal Roll of the Failed Candidates of SSC Public Examinations, MARCH-2024 will be hosted on the Official Website www.bse.ap.gov.in from 24-05-2024.

9. The results of Certain Candidates may be withheld for want of certain information from the school/ camp/ Center etc, if necessary. The results of all such candidates will be released after finalization of results.

INSTRUCTIONS ON RECOUNTING & REVERIFICATION:

i. The Candidates can apply for Re-Counting and Re-Verification of Answer Scripts in the Online Application from 23-04-2024 at 10:00 AM to 30-04-2024 till 11:00 PM. The earlier process of offline/ manual applications is dispensed with and an online application is developed for the purpose of Recounting and Re -verification.

ii. The Candidates who wish to apply for Recounting and Re-Verification of Answer Scripts shall immediately request the concerned School HM to apply for the same and shall submit the fee to the concerned School HM only.

iii. The HM/ Principal/ Correspondent of the School shall thoroughly go through the User Manual of the Online Application before submitting the applications and making the payment for the Recounting and Re – verification of Answer Scripts of the SSC Public Examinations, March 2024.

iv. All the fee payments shall be made within the Online Application only, which can be accessed from the Official Website “www.bse.ap.gov.in”, after filling out the form. Fee payments shall not be made through CFMS Citizen Challan under any circumstances. Payments done through CFMS Citizen Challan are not accepted and shall not be refunded or adjusted. The O/o DGE, A.P., is not liable for any payments done through CFMS Citizen Challan.

v. The HM shall keep the following documents ready before proceeding to fill out the online application form:

• a) List of the students from the School who appeared for the SSC Public Examinations, March 2024.
• b) List of Subjects/ Papers for which the students would like to apply for Recounting/ Re – verification. (The HM is advised to ask each student and collect this information before proceeding)
• c) Mobile Number of the Student / Parent and Email ID of the Student / Parent. (While filling the Online Application, the Mobile Number and Email ID has to be mandatorily filled in the form)
• d) Application Fee (To be paid Online – by Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Internet Banking / UPI)

vi. The Application Fee for the Recounting of the Answer Script of each subject is Rs. 500/- only (Rupees Five Hundred Only) and for the Re-verification of the Answer Script of Each Subject is Rs. 1000/- only (Rupees One Thousand Only).
