రాష్ట్రంలోని అందరి జిల్లా విద్యా అధికారులు మరియు S.S యొక్క అదనపు ప్రాజెక్ట్ కోఆర్డినేటర్‌లకు , భారత ప్రభుత్వ విద్యా మంత్రిత్వ శాఖ, పాఠశాల విద్య & అక్షరాస్యత విభాగం అన్ని PM SHRI పాఠశాలల (1వ & 2వ ఫేజ్ ) ఓరియంటేషన్ సెషన్‌ను నిర్వహించాలని యోచిస్తున్నట్లు సమాచారం. 10.06.2024 నుండి 14.06.2024 వరకు షెడ్యూల్ చేయబడిన నేషనల్ మిషన్ ఫర్ మెంటరింగ్ (NMM) మరియు నేషనల్ ప్రొఫెషనల్ స్టాండర్డ్స్ ఫర్ టీచర్స్ (NPST) యొక్క ఉపాధ్యాయులు పాల్గొనాలి

All the District Educational Ofcers and Additional Project Coordinators of S.S in the state it is informed that the Department of School Education & Literacy, Ministry of Education, Government of India is planning to conduct an orientation session of all the PM SHRI school (1st& 2ndPhase) teachers of regarding National Mission for Mentoring (NMM) and National Professional Standards for Teachers (NPST) scheduled from 10.06.2024 to 14.06.2024
The National Mission for Mentoring (NMM) will provide valuable support and guidance PM SHRI School teachers, ensuring their professional growth and empowering them to create a strong educational foundation for students. Further, PM SHRI School Teachers will have access to quality mentoring sessions from experienced professionals as Mentors, catering to the diverse needs of learners with varying abilities.
The National Professional Standards for Teachers (NPST) will focus on improving the PM SHRI School teachers’ personal and professional development by providing them with an understanding of what is expected in terms of their performance and what needs to be done to enhance the same. NPST Guiding Document ensures that all students at different levels/stages of school education are taught by passionate, motivated, highly qualified, professionally trained and well-equipped teachers.
