Educational Qualification & Experience c):
In case of applicants working in the regular cadre in PSUs /Government/ Autonomous bodies, one year experience shall be in the immediate lower scale of pay or equivalent. The applicants working in private sector or on contract rolls in PSUs / Government/ Autonomous bodies shall be drawing CTC (only monetary/cash part) comparable to immediate lower scale of pay of UCSL
- Assistant General Manager: Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Electronics or Electronics & Communication or Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering with minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University.
- Senior Manager: a) A recognized Degree in any branch of Engineering or Technology from a recognized University. and b) A Diploma in Industrial Safety or Fire Safety recognized by State Government.
Salary:
- 1,50,160 per month for the post of Assistant General Manager.
- 1,31,390 for Senior Manager.
- 1,12,620 to the manager.
- 93,850 for Deputy Manager.
