Regrouping of pay scales -stepping up of increments – orders
Sub: – School Education – Establishment-III – Stepping up of pay to the teachers who got advance increments prior to regrouping of pay scales and drawing lesser pay than the teachers who were sanctioned advance increments after regrouping pay scales – Orders – Issued. Ref: – Government Memo.No.280665/Ser.II/A1/2017, Dated:06-06-2024.
While enclosing a copy of the Government memo in reference cited, is herewith communicated to all the District Educational Officers in the state to extend the benefit of Government Memo.No.278938/Ser.II/A.1/ 2016, Dated:31-07-2018, to all cases which are similarly placed and were affected due to the regrouping of pay scales, subject to verification of the service particulars in each case to eligible teachers. Further, the competent authorities is directed to issue speaking orders as per the orders of the Hon’ble High Court in each case, if the individuals are not eligible.
In this regard, all the District Educational Officers in the state are requested to take necessary further action in the matter. Encl: As above
