Sub: School Education Department- Discontinuing Student info Portal – Migration to UDISE+ from the AY 2024-25 – Orders – Issued.

In continuation to the orders issued vide reference 1st cited, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, District Educational Ofcers, DVEOs, RIOs, APCs(SS), in the State is invited to the reference read above, wherein, the Unifed Digital Information on School Education Plus (UDISE+) requires the collection of information from all recognized and unrecognized schools that provide formal education from Pre-primary to XII. The data collected through the digital platform of UDISE+ is used for planning, resource allocation, implementation of various education-related programs, and assessments of progress made. The online Data Collection Form (DCF) used by UDISE+ collects information on various parameters such as school infrastructure, teachers, enrolments, examination results, etc. spread across 5 sections:

The UDISE+ platform that allows all stakeholders to input data. This portal is essential for obtaining accurate data, which is critical for obtaining proper scores and ranks in different national dashboards. The UDISE+ portal also enables you to generate all kinds of reports.

During last few years, the School Education Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh had a dedicated system called the Student Info Portal for enrolling students from all schools and managements, from pre-primary to Class 12. Post finalization of data, the said data use to be submitted to GOI, the same data use to reflect in UDISE+ portal for reconfirmation by the respective HMs/Principals, which is a duplication and laborious process (time-consuming process).

During 2022-23, the Government of India has instructed all states to migrate to UDISE+ portal to provide hassle-free services across the country instead of maintaining state own portals. To overcome the above scenario, GOAP after careful examination, opined to maintain single platform avoiding duplication process ( confirmation at national portal ). Further, decided to migrate to GOI UDISE+ portal. Accordingly, an assurance letter to has been submitted to GOI that School Education Department, A.P will migrate from the year 2024-25 onwards. Subsequently, all the data pertaining to AY 2023-24 has been integrated with the central UDISE+ portal.

Progression :

కొత్త విద్యా సంవత్సరం (2024-25) ప్రారంభం కాబోతున్నందున, UDISE+ పోర్టల్‌లోనే విద్యార్థుల డేటా ఎంట్రీని ప్రారంభించాలని ప్రతిపాదించబడింది. 2023-24 సంవత్సరానికి సంబంధించిన మొత్తం డేటా స్వయంచాలకంగా ఉండే విధంగా పోర్టల్ అందించబడింది, సంబంధిత పాఠశాలలు తప్పనిసరిగా తరగతులకు (2 నుండి 12 వరకు) పురోగతిని ధృవీకరించాలి మరియు నిర్ధారించాలి.

New Admissions:

ఇంకా, w.r.t ప్రీ-ప్రైమరీ నుండి క్లాస్ 1 వరకు, కొత్త అడ్మిషన్ UDISE+ పోర్టల్‌లో మాత్రమే నమోదు చేయబడుతుంది. డేటాను నమోదు చేసిన తర్వాత, శాశ్వత నమోదు సంఖ్య (PEN) ID స్వయంచాలకంగా రూపొందించబడుతుంది. ఇతర తరగతులలో కొత్త అడ్మిషన్లకు w.r.t అయితే, MIS లాగిన్‌లో మండల స్థాయిలో విద్యార్థులను చేర్చుకోవడానికి సదుపాయం అందించబడింది. MIS కోఆర్డినేటర్ తగిన పాఠశాలను ఎంచుకుని, పేరు, తల్లిదండ్రుల వివరాలు, UID, కులం మొదలైన కొన్ని ప్రొఫైల్ వివరాలను నమోదు చేయడం ద్వారా విద్యార్థిని నెట్టివేస్తారు… మిగిలిన వివరాలను సంబంధిత పాఠశాల వారి లాగిన్‌లో నమోదు చేయాలి (గమనిక : ఈ నిబంధన దేశవ్యాప్తంగా 2వ తరగతి నుండి 12వ తరగతి వరకు పాఠశాల/కళాశాల/సంస్థలో ఎన్నడూ నమోదు చేసుకోని విద్యార్థులకు మాత్రమే).

Transfer of Students:

రాష్ట్రంలో లేదా రాష్ట్రం వెలుపల ఒక పాఠశాల నుండి మరొక పాఠశాలకు బదిలీ చేయాలనుకుంటున్న విద్యార్థులను సంబంధిత HM/ ప్రిన్సిపాల్ పాత పాఠశాలలో వదిలివేయాలి. కొత్త పాఠశాల HM/ ప్రిన్సిపాల్ పెన్ నంబర్ లేదా ఆధార్ / పుట్టిన సంవత్సరం కలయికను నమోదు చేయడం ద్వారా డ్రాప్‌బాక్స్ నుండి విద్యార్థిని ఎంపిక చేస్తారు. విజయవంతంగా పూర్తయిన తర్వాత మునుపటి పాఠశాల నమోదు చేసిన విద్యార్థి యొక్క మొత్తం డేటా కొత్త పాఠశాల లాగిన్‌లో స్వయంచాలకంగా పూరించబడుతుంది. HM/ప్రిన్సిపాల్ దానిని ధృవీకరించాలి మరియు ధృవీకరిస్తారు. విద్యార్థుల బదిలీకి అదనపు పత్రాలు అవసరం లేదు.

Other equivalent courses data:

తరగతుల నుండి (తరగతి PP1 నుండి 12వ తరగతి వరకు) మొత్తం డేటా UDISE+ పోర్టల్‌కి మారుతున్నప్పుడు, మిగిలిన సమానమైన కోర్సుల డేటా (ITI, పాలిటెక్నిక్, IIIT, APOSS, స్కిల్ డెవలప్‌మెంట్ మొదలైనవి) అలాగే ఉంటుంది మరియు అవి రాష్ట్రంలోని విద్యార్థుల డేటాను నమోదు చేస్తాయి. పోర్టల్ అంటే విద్యార్థి సమాచారం.

Existing Student Services:

UDISE+ పోర్టల్‌లో నమోదు చేయబడిన డేటా, విద్యార్థుల హాజరు, మధ్యాహ్న భోజన జవాబుదారీతనం (EGGS, పీనట్ చిక్కీ మొదలైనవి..) బిల్లుల చెల్లింపు, రాష్ట్రం వంటి మిగిలిన సేవలను అందించడానికి రాష్ట్ర విద్యార్థి సమాచార పోర్టల్ సర్వర్‌కు API ద్వారా రోజుకు ఒకసారి వినియోగించబడుతుంది. అర్హతలు, అకడమిక్ మార్కుల ప్రవేశం, టెక్స్ట్ బుక్స్ ఇండెంట్/సప్లై, యూనిఫాం/షూస్/నోట్‌బుక్‌లు ఇతర రాష్ట్ర పథకాల పంపిణీ మొదలైనవి.. మరియు అన్ని మొబైల్ యాప్‌లు యధావిధిగా పని చేస్తాయి.

Teachers data:

UDISE+ పోర్టల్‌లో 2023-24లో నమోదు చేసిన ఉపాధ్యాయుల డేటా మొత్తం స్వయంచాలకంగా విద్యార్థులతో సమానంగా నింపబడుతుంది. national teacher id ని ఉపయోగించి ఎప్పటికప్పుడు విద్యార్థుల మాదిరిగానే బదిలీ వివరాలను కూడా అప్‌డేట్ చేయవచ్చు.

UDISE CODES :

MIS కోఆర్డినేటర్లు/APOలు/ASOలు అందరూ తమ అధికార పరిధిలోని పాఠశాలలు/కళాశాలను సరిపోల్చాలి మరియు ధృవీకరించాలి మరియు ముందుగా కేటాయించకపోతే UDISE కోడ్‌లను కేటాయించాలి. UDISE కోడ్ లేకుండా ఏ పాఠశాల/కళాశాలలు పనిచేయవు.

PEN ID:

శాశ్వత నమోదు సంఖ్య (PEN) ID విస్తృతంగా ప్రచారం చేయబడుతుంది మరియు అన్ని కరస్పాండెన్స్‌లు/కమ్యూనికేషన్‌ల కోసం ఉపయోగించబడుతుంది. HMలు/ప్రిన్సిపల్స్ విద్యార్థుల PEN IDలను డౌన్‌లోడ్ చేయాలి మరియు అదే విషయాన్ని విద్యార్థులకు తెలియజేయాలి మరియు వాటిని పాఠశాల నోటీసు బోర్డులో కూడా ఉంచాలి.

కావున, రాష్ట్రంలోని పాఠశాల విద్య జిల్లా విద్యాశాఖ అధికారులు, DVEOలు, RIOలు మరియు APCs(SS) యొక్క ప్రాంతీయ సంయుక్త సంచాలకులు, వారి అధికార పరిధిలోని అన్ని మండల విద్యా అధికారులు, ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు, ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులకు పై సూచనలను ప్రచారం చేసి, డేటా నమోదు సజావుగా జరిగేలా చూడాలని ఆదేశించబడింది. UDISE పోర్టల్. UDISE+ పోర్టల్ అనేది డేటా ఎంట్రీకి ఏకైక మూలం అని కూడా వారికి తెలియజేయవచ్చు.

UDISE+కి సంబంధించిన ఏవైనా సందేహాలు / స్పష్టీకరణలు మండల స్థాయిలో MIS కోఆర్డినేటర్‌ని మరియు జిల్లా స్థాయిలో ASO/APOని సంప్రదించవచ్చు. కొత్త విద్యార్థుల ప్రవేశం, విద్యార్థి బదిలీ, డ్రాపింగ్ విద్యార్థి, ఉపాధ్యాయుల వివరాల నమోదు మొదలైన వాటిపై వివరణాత్మక మాన్యువల్ సిద్ధంగా ఉన్న సూచన కోసం ఇక్కడ జతచేయబడింది
