Sub: Samagra Shiksha – A.P – SIEMAT – Orientation session of PM SHRI School Heads in respect of PMSHRI by KRPs Through virtual mode on 15-06-2024 – regarding.

All the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators of S.S in the state it is informed that The GoI has completed the orientation to RPs (50) for 3 days Residential Training at Dr.MCR HRDI, Hyderabad from 20-05-2024 to 22-05-2024 along with the RPs of Telangana State. These resource persons will be master trainers for training PM SHRI School Principals/Headmasters assigned to them and monitor the implementation of activities of the action plan.
Further, the DEOs and APCs of S.S in the state are requested to organize district-level orientation sessions (virtual) for the school heads selected in the 1st and 2nd phases, within their respective districts on 15-06-2024 through virtual only. These sessions should utilize the expertise of Resource Persons (RPs) who have undergone a 3-day training on PM SHRI in Hyderabad. Subsequently, the state will arrange interaction meetings with the RPs. Please follow to the provided instructions for the smooth conduct of the aforementioned orientation.
- To inform the respective RPs who have already undergone training in Hyderabad.
- Each RP is being mapped 15 School Heads within their respective districts (enclosed list).
- Each RP is responsible for monitoring and orienting all mapped school heads on PMSHRI.
- RPs should utilize the materials received during the training program.
- AMOs are to coordinate between RPs and participants from PM SHRI schools.
- AMOs should communicate the WebEx link to RPs and school heads for the orientation sessions scheduled on 15-06-2024..
