The attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the references read above, and they are informed that, the Election Commission of India has lifted the existence of Model Code of Conduct as the Assembly Elections were completed in the State of AP.
Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State are informed to proceed with the process of filling up of aided posts where the Government have already permitted, to avoid legal complications.
