The Commissioner, School Infrastructure, School Education Department has reviewed the status of various activities of Mana Badi Nadu Nedu Program.
*After detailed discussions, the following decisions are taken.
I. IFP Installation Status:
Action: PD, Mana Badi Nadu Nedu is instructed to issue show-cause notice to APCs of Eluru, Krishna, Bapatla, Kurnool, NTR, East Godavari, Manyam, Palnadu, SPS Nellore Districts as there is no improvement in fxing of IFPs. These DEOs/APCs are instructed to complete the pending Slab works in one week. This whole activity should be completed by June 11th 2024. All DEOs / APCs are instructed to complete the fxing of the IFPs and keep ready for installation by next Meeting or else disciplinary action will be initiated. The PD, MBNN is instructed to get explanation in writing from DEOs / APCs of Eluru, Bapatla that they will complete the ACRs in the next 30days and keep ready for installation, failing which they may be placed under suspension. The MD, APEWIDC is instructed to ensure that concern EEs to utilize TEO Materials & Funds facility for IFP Schools.
II. Status of Amount available in PC Accounts.
Action: All DEOs / APCs are instructed to utilize the balance Amounts available in PC Accounts. Except Compound Walls all other civil works should be completed by next review meeting.
III.Status of Phase-II Bills pending at diferent levels:
Action: All DEOs / APCs are instructed to clear pending bills at diferent levels i.e. FAO level and APC level (PC Bills) by today evening. By 5pm all the pending bills in APC login should be zero. By next week proposals should be sent for revised administrative sanction to the Commissioner, School Infrastructure, along with details(110%-120% and above) and proper justifcation through the respective District Collectors
IV.Status of Physical Work Completion report:
Action: The PD, MBNN is instructed to issue show-cause notice for initiating disciplinary action to the DEOs / APCs of Alluri Sitharama Raju, Ananthapuram, Annamayya, Bapatla, East Godavari, Eluru, Konaseema, Krishna, Manyam, Prakasam, SPS Nellore, Sri Satyasai, Tirupati, West Godavari, Guntur, Kurnool, Visakhapatnam, YSR Kadapa, Kakinada, NTR, Palnadu, Anakapalli Districts as there is no/low progress in civil works.
V. Status of Invoices delay analysis report:
Action: All DEOs / APCs are instructed to clear at least 80% of the pending invoices at diferent levels on or before 5pm today. M/s TCS instructed to generate report by 5pm today.
VI.Status of Cement Progress Report:
Action: All DEOs / APCs are instructed to review this item and ensure that pending invoices at diferent levels are cleared by today evening. Except Compound Walls all the civil works should be completed within 21 days.
VII.Status of Sand Indents:
Action: All DEOs / APCs of ASR, Kakinada, Prakasam, Srikakulam, Tirupati, Visakhapatnam, YSR Kadapa Districts are instructed to raise the indents for sand by evening failing which the PD,MBNN is instructed to put up fle for disciplinary action against these districts.
VIII.Phase-II R4.9 Central, Procurement Indents delivery progress report:
Action: All DEOs / APCs are instructed to clear the central procurement indents pendency at diferent levels by today 11.59pm. M/s TCS is instructed to inform the progress to Commissioner, School Infrastructure at the end of the day.
IX.Status of GI Doors, GCBs, Roof Treatment, Painting and Drinking Water System:
Action: The MD, APEWIDC is instructed to ensure that all pending CPM items are sent to respective schools as per indent. All pending works to be completed within 4 weeks. And the PD, MBNN is instructed to put up a fle on suspension of the MD, APEWIDC for his poor performance in the last 6 months.
X. Status report of Toilets, Kitchen Sheds, Major and Minor Repairs (Class Rooms and Toilets) and Electrical:
Action: The PD, MBNN is instructed to issue show-cause notice all those DEOs / APCs who do not progress 50% of works from one stage to another stage. (civil works stage to all works completed except doors fxing stage翸 all works completed except doors fxing stage to completed stage, concealed wiring stage to all fxtures fxed stage翸 all fxtures fxed stage to completed stage)
XI. Status of Physical Progress of ACRs:
Action: All DEOs / APCs are instructed to complete the photo capturing by next Monday.
All the concerned Ofcers are instructed to take necessary action on the above instructions and submit the action taken report by next meeting without fail.
