Sub:-School Education Not marking of daily attendance in Facial Recognition Attendance App by the teaching and non-teaching staff on 20.06.2024 in Kurnool District-Show Cause Notice to defaulter the Principals, Headmasters and Mandal Educational Officers concerned in Kurnool District – Issued – Regarding.
It has come to the notice of the undersigned, it is observed from the dashboard, that the employees listed in the enclosed list did not mark their Facial Recognition Attendance on 20.06.2024. This is despite repeated instructions issued by this office through various channels including mail and WhatsApp.
The failure to comply with these instructions demonstrates a neglectful attitude and amounts to dereliction of duties. Such behaviour is unacceptable and warrants a serious response.
Therefore, they are hereby directed to submit a written explanation within two days, detailing why disciplinary action should not be initiated against them for dereliction of duty and disobedience to the instructions issued by higher authorities as per C.C.A. Rules,1991.
If no explanation is received within the stipulated time, it will be assumed that they have no justification for them actions, and disciplinary action will be initiated based on the evidence available in this office. The immediate attention and compliance with this directive are required.
